We will be arriving at the site the night before and cooking 300 pounds of delicious pork barbecue all through the night. The rest of the crew will meet early Saturday morning to chop the barbecue and make sandwiches. We will also serve barbecue by the pound. In addition, we will have chips and drinks for sale. Proceeds from the day will go toward the various service projects of the Kiwanis of Johnson City as we serve the children of our community.
